Exclusive Talk With Dr. Robert Goldman

Recently 5000s Magazine interviewed Dr. Goldman, MD, Ph.D., DO, FAASP, innovator and a pioneer in anti-aging, discussing Vipassana Meditation, martial arts, longevity, life, and the law of nature. You can find it in the Cause and Effect Issue of March-April 2024.

Dr. Goldman is a physician, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and Chairman of the World Anti-Aging Academy of Medicine, and a dedicated philanthropist among his many accomplishments. He has spent most of his life trying to create new industries to help others better themselves and helping people achieve optimal healthspan and well-being by educating them about making healthy preventive lifestyle choices (sleep, diet, nutrition, exercise, etc) and regenerative medicine. 

Throughout his illustrious career, he has accomplished many inspirational and motivational achievements such as holding over 20 strength records including being in the Guinness Book of World Records. Along the way, he has discovered a passion for meditation. Practicing Vipassana meditation fits perfectly with his goal to help people, as practicing it will help people to continue to better themselves on the inside as well as outside.
