The Good and Bad (Ebola News)

President Obama, who has been criticized by Republicans for the administration's handling of Ebola, urged Americans on Saturday not to give in to “hysteria” about the spread of the virus. It is hard to believe he would say or expect this from Americans after what the mass media has whipped up at the behalf of the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and dozens of other sources that insist things are totally out of control. Four thousand have died and it’s the end of the world but please no hysteria.

“This is a serious disease, but we can't give in to hysteria or fear – because that only makes it harder to get people the accurate information they need,” the president said. I do not understand what he could possibly be saying here for the last thing we get from the mass media and the CDC or WHO is fair balanced and meaningful information to base rational decisions on.

Obama said, “We have to be guided by the science. We have to remember the basic facts.” The most basic fact is that the government does not want to be honest about the distortions coming from the CDC or anyone else inside the mainstream medical community. Another basic fact is that they are making mistakes every step of the way in terms of treatment and prevention of the spread of the virus.

And who would believe that the west has such a good heart that we need to risk so much for the sake of Africans, who themselves often resent the foreign interference. When was the last time the government got so upset about rape and child sexual abuse or the fact that Wall Street and the big banks are raping the nation financially?

The Public is not Convinced

A teacher from Maine was placed on three-weeks paid leave because she'd traveled to Texas for a conference. A Pulitzer-prize-winning photographer was uninvited from speaking at a journalism school, because he'd gone to Ebola hotspot Liberia. Mississippi parents pulled their kids from school because the principal recently traveled to Africa. The stories keep pouring in and bottom line people are sick about the risks they are being threatened with by the government’s insistence of flying in people with Ebola from infected areas.

“The trust and credibility of the administration and government are waning as the American public loses confidence each day with demonstrated failures of the current strategy,” said GOP Rep. Tim Murphy of Pennsylvania, chairman of a House subcommittee that held a hearing on the government's response.

Did the President Mention This?

Before one gets too frightened from all the hype on Ebola, and the even more frightful aspect of being forced to take a vaccine that in itself could be quite dangerous, as most vaccines are, take some relief in the news that Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf said on the 15th of October, that there were early signs that the outbreak in her West African country might be “in decline”.

Sirleaf is not just talking off the top of her head. Despite the hurricane wind of press releases about the ongoing Ebola nightmare the World Health Organization on October 1st, almost three weeks ago, put out information showing a drop in confirmed and probable Ebola cases in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone in the week ending September 28th. In fact, cases of Ebola have dropped for the third week in a row at that point.

However that does not mean we can relax and take a sigh of relief yet. Latest news is the “Ebola virus could be mutating to become even more contagious, a leading U.S scientist has warned. Communities lie in ruins, thousands of children have been orphaned, millions face starvation but the virus continues its unprecedented pace, invading and destroying vast swathes of these countries. Meanwhile three nurses, two in the U.S. and one in Spain have caught the infection while treating Ebola patients, despite wearing protective suits. Now U.S. scientist Peter Jahrling of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease believes the current Ebola outbreak may be caused by an infection that spreads more easily than it did before.

Dr Jahrling explained that his team, who are working in the epicentre of the crisis in the Liberian capital of Monrovia, are seeing that the viral loads in Ebola patients are much higher than they are used to seeing.

He told Vox.com: ‘We are using tests now that weren’t using in the past, but there seems to be a belief that the virus load is higher in these patients than what we have seen before. If true, that's a very different bug. That is a big but and quite a belief. When one does not have a consistent test one cannot make a leap of faith unless you are being more religious than scientific.

Doing it Their Way

It is creating panics, even in the Pentagon’s parking lot, the White House Doesn’t Really Know What The ‘Ebola Czar’ Knows About Ebola, and One of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies says a vaccine to tackle Ebola will “come too late” to curb the current epidemic, as the UK and other European countries begin screening passengers for the virus at international airports.

One case of Ebola turned a Dallas hospital into a ‘Ghost Town’ and speculation is already going around that the Ebola virus could destroy U.S. healthcare system. Decontamination protocols, the disposal of hazardous waste from the patient, unpaid medical bills, the infection of healthcare workers and potential lawsuits are just some of the problems a level-4 pathogen like Ebola will rein down on hospitals. U.S. hospitals were never designed to treat such cases and U.S. healthcare professionals have no training in how to treat infected Ebola patients.

The World Bank warned Friday the fight to stop Ebola was being lost (but listen to the President don’t panic), as the UN pleaded for more money to combat the escalating epidemic and global travel fears mounted. “We have a worst-case scenario, and you don't even want to know,” warns Alessandro Vespignani, a researcher creating simulations of infectious disease outbreaks, but there could be as many as two dozen people in the U.S. infected with Ebola by the end of the month. “We could have widespread epidemics in other countries, maybe the Far East. That would be like a bad science fiction movie.” The worst case would occur if Ebola acquires pandemic status and is no longer contained in West Africa, he said. It would be a catastrophic event, one Vespignani says he is confident won’t happen.

Americans are Angry!

Other nations are closing their doors to flights originating in Ebola-stricken regions, but Obama has, to date, refused to do so. This is yet another stinkarooni Obama policy but, unlike the slow-mo disasters he’s initiated in other economic and national security areas, this latest policy has the potential to kill tens of thousands (or more) of Americans.

Next step is to look closely at the Ebola vaccine question and the possible pressure that might eventually be put on the public to accept mass compulsory vaccination with unsafe and unproven vaccines. That would be the big sell as the next chapter will examine in detail.

We also have to take a close look at the tests they use to prove that a person has Ebola. The western medical system is famous for their low quality tests that show both false positive and false negative results. Furthermore, none of these tests tell us what a person actually dies from when they have a virus whether Ebola or influenza.

What Are They Lying About?

Dr. Jason Kissner, Associate Professor of Criminology at California State University writes, “We can now be extraordinarily confident that the U.S. government is lying, in key material respects, about the latest Ebola outbreak—and not just because it lies about nearly everything of political consequence. This article shows that there are compelling reasons to believe we are being told three big lies about Ebola. It also offers a simple, rational, yet disturbing, explanation that very tidily accounts for all three lies. The explanation supposes that the current Ebola outbreak consists in an act of U.S.-linked bioterror. One key U.S. driven lie has to do with the Western medicine’s insistence that nobody of any repute believes that Ebola might be airborne. On this issue, the Public Health Agency of Canada remarks.

In the laboratory, infection through small-particle aerosols has been demonstrated in primates, and airborne spread among humans is strongly suspected, although it has not yet been conclusively demonstrated. The importance of this route of transmission is not clear. Poor hygienic conditions can aid the spread of the virus.

“So there are people with authority to speak to the issue who believe that there is some cause for concern regarding the airborne Ebola prospect, but the U.S. government/MSM complex instead lies and acts like this isn’t the case,” writes Kissner.
