I didn't. Mainly because I have not had flu in last 30 years.

According to CDC.gov, the flu vaccine in 2014/2015 season was only 23% effective. Usual effectiveness is about 60%. Also, there are many flu-like respiratory infections you can't prevent by a vaccine.
