SHBG, high levels

I see patients with high SHBG. Sometimes expected since they take oral Estrogens or OCP but sometimes unexplainable, especially levels on the high end (70-100) which carries the free testosterone down, particularly in women. Can you share your own experience on how to decrease SHBG? I know what the literature says but I am looking for actual results from experience with your own patients. Thanks.
